We are thrilled to welcome Ashley Santamaria, MMS, PA-C, to Pinsky Plastic Surgery. With over 17 years of experience in healthcare and more than 3 years dedicated to the art and science of aesthetic injectables, Ashley brings a refined expertise to our team. Known for her ability to combine precision with artistry, Ashley specializes in a range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including Botox, Dermal Fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, Skinvive, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), and Weight Management.
Ashley’s approach is centered on creating natural, subtle enhancements that restore confidence and empower her patients to feel their best. She believes in a conservative, buildable treatment philosophy—ensuring results that enhance, not alter, a patient’s natural beauty. With a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to personalized care, Ashley is dedicated to crafting rejuvenating treatments that leave her clients feeling refreshed and radiant.
A native of Queens, New York, Ashley now resides and calls Florida home, where she lives with her husband, their German Shepherd, Max, and enjoys spending her free time staying active, exploring new cultures, and inspiring the next generation of Physician Assistants. Her extensive background in healthcare—spanning roles from EMT to Certified Nursing Assistant and Medical Assistant—has provided her with a deep understanding of patient care, which she brings to her work in aesthetic medicine.
