What to Expect During Your First Plastic Surgery Consultation
A consultation is the first step in determining whether cosmetic surgery is right for you. From the moment you arrive for this first visit, our staff will make you feel comfortable and at-ease.
Dr. Pinsky's consultation style is unique. Many patients have fears about cosmetic surgery, and Dr. Pinsky understands this. He helps patients identify their reasons for concern, and then educates them so that they make the decision that best suits their individual needs. After Dr. Pinsky listens to you describe your goals, he provides supportive and realistic feedback about whether a successful outcome can be achieved surgically.
Following your in-depth discussion with Dr. Pinsky, you will meet with one of our Patient Coordinators. These knowledgeable professionals will work with you to review before-and-after photographs, discuss surgical fees, and provide answers to any remaining questions.
You will leave the consultation empowered with written materials and information that is designed to boost your confidence and ability to make the right surgical choice.

Our office is designed more like a beautiful Palm Beach home than a medical suite. Plush furniture, beautiful leaded glass, and other designer-appointed furnishings make our office a comfortable place to be. To make your consultation most effective, please bring the following items to your first visit:
- Magazine pages or photographs that represent the look you would like to achieve
- X-rays, if applicable
- A list of all medications you are taking
Our cosmetic consultation fee is $55. We collect the fee with a credit or debit card when we schedule your consultation to reserve your appointment time.

Held quarterly on Saturday mornings these events feature a slide presentation, conducted by Dr. Pinsky or Dr. Lickstein, which explains cosmetic procedures and provides before and after patient photos. Demonstrations of Botox and facial fillers including collagen, Cosmoplast, Cosmoderm, Restylane and Hylaform, skin peels, microdermabrasion, office tours, and staff introductions are also part of the program. If you wish, you may also take advantage of a complimentary collagen patch test.
All Beauty Brunch attendees receive samples of our skin care products, and have an opportunity to win gift certificates.
